GreenShare Service Program
Lighting-as-a-Service (LaaS) is the third-party management of lighting systems and other energy reduction solutions. This program is designed to offer our clients drastic savings on installation and maintenance by financing through a monthly service plan.
With our monthly Lighting as a Service (LaaS) plan, you can get started on your facility upgrade immediately. Enjoy the benefits of your newly installed lighting with no upfront costs and a monthly payment that is less than the modeled energy savings.

What all is included with the GreenShare Service Program?
This is a full-service installation and maintenance strategy that includes:
✓ Assessment and analysis of current operations and energy consumption
✓ Proposed strategy with statistics and models of cost and energy saved (specific to your facility)
✓ Project scheduling, installation, and upgrades
✓ Commissioning of controls and systems monitoring
✓ All maintenance and hardware services are covered in the contract at no additional cost to you (throughout the term of the contract)
You’ll also be assigned a personal Controls Manager who will continuously monitor your systems and perform data analysis to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Even after the installation project is complete, our work isn’t done—we’re always looking for ways to save you money!
